Roy Harris is the Managing Broker for the real estate trust company which began in 1998. Roy started with buying and "rehabbing" properties after the Olympics in Atlanta. HRI expanded into the property management business owning and renting properties in the greater Atlanta metro area.This business led to filling a much needed niche managing properties for HRI and other investors. Having vacancies and other usual rental challenges gave Roy the experience and allowed him to develop a solid maintenance team of vendors.
With over 25 years of business experience, Roy has worked with established and start up businesses to achieve their business revenue goals and objectives.
The companies current focus is on the foreclosure market where Roy is a certified REO specialist. Our core business is property management for investors and owners.
